GreenGrove Support Services is a Cairns-based Registered NDIS provider built on the belief that people thrive when they feel understood, supported and connected. We take the time to learn about each participant’s strengths, goals, routines and preferences, providing reliable support for everyday living and community participation. Who We Support
GreenGrove Support Services works with NDIS participants and their wider support networks across Cairns. We collaborate with participants, families, Support Coordinators and other professionals to understand each person’s goals, routines, strengths and preferences. Our Community Access, Household Tasks and Transport supports are delivered with respect, reliability and consistency, helping each participant maintain choice, independence and connection in everyday life.
How We Deliver Supports
We begin by listening and taking the time to understand each participant’s goals, routines, strengths, preferences and support needs.
Supports are planned collaboratively with the participant and, where appropriate, their wider support network.
We establish clear expectations around services, schedules, communication and responsibilities before supports begin.
We aim to provide a positive and respectful service experience through reliability, consistency and clear communication.
Services are documented accurately to support continuity, accountability and quality oversight.
We welcome feedback and regularly check that supports continue to meet the participant’s needs, preferences and circumstances.

Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
Support delivery:
Support hours are scheduled individually based on each participant’s needs and preferences.
