James Farrell
Director and Support Worker
James established GreenGrove to provide support that is personal, reliable and built around a genuine understanding of each participant. His background includes frontline disability support, service management and supporting people with varied and complex needs.
James remains directly involved from the first enquiry through to support planning and service delivery. He believes a positive service experience is built through listening carefully, communicating clearly, following through on commitments and treating every person with dignity and respect.
